Nelson of Slapesville Hamp shire county West Virginia is arrested and jailed in Romney charged with cutting and mangling her husband while he slept. The crime is a felony punishable by penitentiary terms. Reports from Winchester say the attack occurred at night with a sharp instrument and left the husband severely disfigured.
