Willie Nesmoth alleged Chicago gangster was convicted of a 1926 $47 000 holdup in Baltimore and sentenced to ten years in the penitentiary. He fought extradition for three years, was brought here in June, and his motion for a new trial was rejected. He and two accomplices robbed Henry Loneborn and Company, fled in a car, which was later found abandoned with a robber shot dead.

L Stein was fined $15.25 in police court yesterday by Justice Weems on a charge preferred by State Policeman Bayliss.
