$1.3 Million Upgrades Planned for Berryville Sewage Plant
Berryville plans a $1.3 million upgrade to its sewer facility after EPA findings. Phase I cost $13,000, Phase II about $49,000, with Phase III funded by a town bond if EPA funding is approved. The plant, once a model, now faces effluent limits for Dog Run creek and possible rerouting to the Shenandoah River.
