Driver of Coal Trucks Fails To Appear In Court
Eldon Haines of Rio West Virginia was charged with reckless driving and no chauffeur license after a coal truck wreck on Route 50 near Winchester. The truck owned by H H Omps Kernstown carried eight tons of coal and was demolished with about 1000 dollars damage. Haines forfeited bond after failing to appear in Tri al Justice court this morning.
