No Clues Left for the Police in Fatal Hit and Run
Thurman L. Hamilton of Martinsburg died Saturday night from injuries after a hit and run near Darkesville Berkeley County West Virginia. He was struck while adjusting a wheel on a Packard driven from Hagerstown to Martinsburg and left at the scene. Hamilton, 23, worked at the George Washington Garage in Martinsburg and died about 9:30 p.m. at City Hospital. Police seek the fleeing driver and any bloodstains or damaged bumper in hopes of identifying the responsible party.
