Explosions tore through the last parts of the KCF Molding Co plant in White Post about 45 minutes after workers fled Wednesday afternoon. Barrel storage reportedly held acetone and exploded periodically for about an hour as twisted trailer debris lay nearby.
Twenty five people escaped as a fire and a series of explosions ripped through the KCF Molding Co. plant in White Post. Fire units from several towns fought the blaze as acetone drums detonated, sending a smoke column across the area and damaging a nearby trailer.
