Leesburg Virginia dispatch reports Commonwealth's Attorney Charles Harrison contends the Loveless slayer or slayers were known to the 51 year old Washington tax attorney. A half filled tequila bottle and three glasses found in the home suggest Loveless offered drinks to visitors or they knew where he kept the liquor. Loveless returned after midnight from a party with friends in Washington. A heated argument led to his shooting and beating. his body was found in a china closet. Police in Frederick Maryland provided information about a 15 year old Washington girl and a man who arrived at a local rooming house early Sunday.
