The coldest weather of the season, with snow and gusty winds, swept across the eastern half of the United States. The Associated Press reports wide areas faced plummeting temperatures and ongoing winter conditions.
The weekend hunting yielded 16 deer with two large bucks taken by out of town shooters. Dean A. Wilson of Arlington bagged an 18 pointer at Shawneeland while Richard I.
