J Richard Russell formerly of Charles Town is indicted on sixteen counts for misappropriating funds from the Farmers Bank and Trust Company. Two true bills, seven and nine counts, are listed. He was not present, to plead tomorrow. The bank has been closed since September, with FDIC steps covering many deposits. Building of the bank will be auctioned to repay creditors.
