Two Baltimore Men Indicted In $500000 Drug Haul
Wallace Ray Diaz and John Paul Jarrell, both 26, were indicted by a Roanoke federal grand jury on conspiracy and possession charges. They were jailed in Roanoke on $50,000 bond each after state charges were set aside in Frederick County Court. The seizure included 701 pounds of marijuana and 1.5 ounces of cocaine recovered on Interstate 81 near the Rt. 50 interchange.
