Parents Indicted In Child Death In Frederick Co
A Frederick County grand jury indicted Hillary P Bucher III and Christine Bucher for murder in the death of their 11 year old son Hillary P Bucher IV. The child died after being in a bathtub with water samples to be tested and an autopsy pending. Judge Woltz released the parents on their own recognizance with arraignment set for Dec 5. Other indictments included arson, robbery, felonious injury, drug distribution, and perjury charges.
