Two Cars collide injure Mrs. E. Blosser Haines
Mrs. E Blosser Haines widow of John B Haines suffered a badly lacerated scalp and nervous shock when her Ford collided with a Nash driven by John Harris son of Dr J E Harris at South Loudoun and Clifford streets. Funeral Rites Held For Helen Ambrose
Relatives and friends gathered at the Ambrose home on Valley Pike for the funeral of 14 year old Helen Rachel Ambrose daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ambrose. Helen a Handley High School junior was ill since March from influenza and heart weakness, underwent several operations but did not survive with her faith and patience noted by mourners.

Victor Ransom Caught by Police in Harrisburg Flight

Tribute for Mrs. Edmonia Martin Buried in Mount Hebron
The body of the late Mrs. Edmonia Martin was brought from Romney West Virginia to Winchester for interment in Mount Hebron Cemetery. Survived by a brother J Mowery Martinsburg a sister Mrs Betty Arvin Clarksburg and several half siblings.
