Two Confederate Memorial Unveilings Planned Near Winchester
Capt. J. Brad Beverley reports a Virginia area request from Benne han Cameron to unveil two Confederate memorials near Winchester in the near future. Monuments to Generals J John and Stephen Imur would be placed at Bunker Hill and Belle Grove, about 24 miles apart, with a July 17 gathering of veterans and Daughters of the Confederacy, Historical Society delegates, and others traveling from Richmond.
