An automobile tourist with a colored pilot and a machine bearing a Florida license was arrested yesterday afternoon for running the tollgate on the Valley pike two miles south of Winchester. A bus and rain obscured his view. he slipped past the tollhouse and gate overhead. He was dismissed upon paying 15 cents toll.
