A propagated drawdown forces officers from Army Air Force and Marines with involuntary separations and reserve reductions. The Army plans about 2,150 withdrawals from a pool of 2,700 and expects around 900 regulars kept. Air Force reserve cuts range 1,200 to 2,000 with 512 already ordered out by July 31 and 621 by June 27. Navy to shed about 1,500 by other means. Marines no planned force reductions.
