The Frederick County Board of Supervisors approved an 8.3 million dollar budget with real estate tax at 3.40 per 100 and a $1 cut for personal property. A cars value reassessment adds about 70000 in revenue and a new utility tax should raise around 200000. About 225 people attended the budget hearing as two hours of debate covered the plan.
