Datebreaker Sued Over Last Minute Date Cancellation
San Francisco AP report details a 30 year old accountant Tom Horsley suing 30 year old Alyn Chesselet in small claims court for 38 dollars after she canceled their dinner and The Wiz outing. Horsley seeks 8.50 per hour for two hours and 17 cents per mile for a 100 mile round trip plus a 2 dollar filing fee and 2 dollars for service. He argues an oral contract existed and wishes to prove principle. Chesselet calls him nuts and says she canceled due to a schedule change and tried to inform him. The pair have a history, meeting eight years ago at Lone Mountain College. Court date set for July 24.
