City Council Votes Budget Hike For Real Estate Tax and Sewer
The City Council tentatively approved a $2,253,162 budget with a 15 cent real estate tax rise to $1.80 per $100 and a $5 yearly sewer charge increase. A public hearing is set for June 19 to discuss the budget and a municipal tax ordinance.
