Miss Marion Levi appears in a Rockville Maryland wedding note marrying Mr Richard Morrison son of a Clarke county family. The bride a Levi granddaughter and nursing graduate plans to live in Washington after the ceremony.
Members of Winchester Christian Endeavor Society plan a program at Stephens City Church on Sunday evening May 22 starting at 8 o clock. Rev H B Richardson pastor invites local young people to present during the regular preaching hour. The program includes worship Youth and the Church Call to worship by Leader prayer of invocation music by Young Peoples Choir worship in verse by leader orchestra poem by Mrs Iva Mae Bowles scripture lesson 1 Timothy.
A church program lists Young People's Choir Orchestra and announcements. Vy duet Miss Mary Cather and Gladys Patton perform Blest Be the Tie That Binds followed by offering and a benediction by Mixpah.
Memorial Hospital Board of Directors, led by Dr. Hunter H. McGuire, reminds members that the regular annual meeting will be held at the hospital tomorrow afternoon, beginning at 1 o'clock. Directors are urged to attend.
At 1 o clock a luncheon will be served for the directorate in the nurses dining room after the business session will be held.
Sealed proposals are invited by the Street Committee of the Common Council for leasing the City’s quarry and tools. Bids due noon Tuesday May last day of 1932 with $300 certified check per bid.
