Several cases were tried in police court this morning with charges of drunkenness and disorderly conduct. Frank Parker of Middletown was fined 15.25 dollars, Jake Bailey was fined 10.25 dollars for being drunk, and Jess Totters of Martinsburg was charged with drunken and disorderly behavior.
