The Handley Trustees completed the final settlement of Judge Handley’s estate. About 661000 dollars in cash and securities were transferred to R Gray Williams in Scranton and Winchester. 25000 dollars will earn interest in Winchester banks while the remainder is invested in United States Government bonds with further options to adjust to higher yielding issues. The move marks the estate’s value gain and is backed by mortgages on real estate. five percent interest on most bonds, four percent on the Davidov mortgage.
