The Frederick County Board of Supervisors is set to act on a resolution approving the Civil Defense Operational Survival Plan and establishing a line of succession. Civil Defense director Harold A. $100 Missing After Series Of Break-ins
Thieves stole more than $100 in Winchester over the weekend in break-ins. They accessed the Snack Bar on S Loudoun St from Town Run, took about $100, and small change was taken from Twin Diners on Indian Alley, Dale's Grocery on N Cameron, and the post office substation.
