Damage Suit Against Dodd Is Thrown Out
Judge Frederick W. Coleman dismissed the $25,000 damage suit against Dr. William E. Dodd former Ambassador to Germany. A $5,500 payment for the benefit of Gloss Grimes was made by Dodd s insurance company as a compromise. Dodd pled guilty to hit and run driving in Hanover Circuit Court and was fined $250 and his license revoked. He has paid about $2,500 for hospital and medical expenses.
