Memorial Confederate coins to be placed in Virginia soon
The first state wide Confederate memorial coin group met in Richmond to plan distribution for the Stone Mountain memorial. Virginia banks will handle the 300000 coins of the state allotment, with Richmond banks taking 150000, as efforts to prevent speculation arrange sales to the public at one dollar each.
