Five Die In Martinsville Slayings On Interstate
A 22 year old Indianapolis man is jailed without bond in the deaths of a woman and her three children after their car broke down on an Indianapolis area interstate. Prosecutor says the victims were slain by a passerby who offered a ride after helping with a flat tire. Autopsies indicate strangulation of the woman and drowning of the children. sexual assault suspected but tests pending. The suspect, Steven T. Judy, was jailed after his pickup was tied to the scene. Formal arraignment scheduled later.
