Four Dead and Forty Hurt In PRR Wreck in Pennsylvania
An early morning collision on the Pennsylvania Railroad near Huntingdon caused four deaths and about 40 injuries when steel plates on a westbound freight pierced a New York to St Louis sleeper coach. A second freight crash damaged tracks and halted four main PRR lines. One identified victim was 18 year old soldier Joseph Selmick Jr of Pleasant Gap.

Special Apple Blossom train to Winchester from Baltimore
