New York March 29 The New York State Athletic Commission approved a world welterweight championship bout between title holder Pete Latzo and Joe Dundee of Baltimore. Promoted by Humbert J. Fangazy after Tex Rickard withdrew objection the bout will be staged at the Polo Grounds on June 3.
