Ray Shenk, 24, of Luray Virginia the trainer at a Page county kennel was arrested by a deputy sheriff yesterday morning charged with stealing a valuable setter. Bailey of Luray swore out the warrant and says Shenk left Luray over a month ago to run kennels and transport ten dogs to Winchester.
