New Division Proposed For Frederick Winchester Clarke Areas

Strasburg Boy Hurt by Train Near Home
Don Jenkins, three years old, son of Mr and Mrs Frank Jenkins, of Strasburg Virginia, lies in Strasburg Hospital with a badly fractured skull after being struck by the southbound Shenandoah Special of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad near his home. He was playing with two companions when the older boys crossed the track as the train backed into Strasburg station. The boy was knocked from the rails and unconscious. the wheels did not strike him. He was taken to Dr Duncan's sanatorium for treatment. The father works for the Strasburg Lime Company and lives between Strasburg and Strasburg Junction.
