The funeral for 84 year old Alexander Spottswood Dandridge a retired civil engineer and member of a Jefferson county family was held at Christ Episcopal Church with Rev. Robert B. Nelson and Rev. Dr. F. T. McFaden officiating. Pallbearers included Mayor C. R. Anderson and others. Interment followed at Old Norbourne Cemetery Martinsburg W Va with graveside rites by Rev. Mr. Powles of Trinity Episcopal Church.
