Winchester Pioneer James B. Russell Dies at 90
James B. Russell longtime Winchester figure died at his Washington and Cork streets home just after 11:30 a.m. at age 90. He led a mercantile life after the Civil War and served on staff to three generals while remaining active in business nearly to the end. His son Marshall H. Russell of New York accompanied him home from a trip to Hot Springs Virginia.
