Fewer Mistakes on Tax Returns Reported by IRS

The IRS says fewer errors on 1040A returns this year, with 4 percent so far and an average mid March refund of 489 dollars. Most taxpayers—about 75 to 80 percent—will receive refunds as 96 percent can use provided tax tables.
