President Nixon will depart May 22 for a Moscow summit with Soviet leaders to discuss all major issues and seek to improve bilateral relations and world peace. The trip, likely about one week, will include Mrs. Nixon and aides Kissinger and Rogers.
The White House said President Nixon will speak at 10 PM on radio and television to present recommendations on school busing. The address follows details of a legislative package to Congress and reflects Nixon’s stance against massive busing while acknowledging court orders.
