Rockford authorities hold 17 year old John Wesley Williams Jr after he was acquitted in a teen killing case and now charged with murder in the execution style slayings of two 14 year old cousins Ronald Johnson and Wayne Mullendere. Police seized a .22 rifle with a telescopic sight and a homemade silencer from Williams home for forensics tests.
