Police issued a murder warrant for Anthony Brown 20 of Richmond in the slaying of 19 year old Janice Perry at her dorm room on Sunday in Richmond Virginia Brown previously faced abduction and rape charges in November but was acquitted on those charges January 27. Perry was a student at Virginia Union University earlier in the school year.
