Four people were treated after three separate traffic accidents near Winchester yesterday. Douglas Wayne Harty, 13, suffered elbow and back injuries when his bicycle hit a car at Kent and Pall Mall at 12:30 PM. Robert Eugene Wallace, 21, of Paper Mill Road, drove the other car. damage estimated at 110 dollars. Mary Bauer, 52, of Ward, West Virginia, was injured by a two car crash on Rt. 522 east of Winchester in front of the Wishing Well. Barbara M. Lingerfetter, 29, of Richmond, and Ange Schultz, 22, of Akron, Ohio, were hospitalized with shock and abrasions after a crash on Rt. 522 north of the Modernaire Motel. they were expected to be released after treatment.
