Harry E Owings operator of a Relay Maryland garage was fined 100 dollars and costs totaling 119 in police court for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated A 30 day jail term was suspended due to circumstances Owings had driven from Relay to Winchester the prior evening a companion drove the car and Owings took the wheel as police arrested him after a short drive He paid the fine and costs and was released Mrs James R Brandon has returned to Elkins West Virginia after visiting her parents on South Main Street
