Brisbane Inventor Patent Neck Support Device
Brisbane based inventor David Ament has patented a neck rest using two half inflated balloons inside spherical bags connected by a strap. The device supports the neck while seated and deflates compactly for storage. Ament also patents a balloon sealer to keep air in for over a week. He envisions use for travel and hospital care and plans to fund homes for underprivileged children. Tornado reports note 7 428 unpredictable storms in 1960–1970 with over a thousand deaths and warning systems reducing fatalities.
