Man Brought Back To Face Multiple Charges
Sheriff Parnett arrested Walter M. Grim in Winchester on a string of alleged crimes. Grim faces auto larceny for a Maresh You-Drive-It System rental, forgery using the name E. P. Bean on a $51 Shenandoah Valley National Bank check, and passing worthless checks. He was returned to Baltimore with his prisoner after being seized through Baltimore health department records following the deaths of his two children. Grim, about 30, is a Clarke County, Virginia native.
