Four year old Russell Tongay Jr. swam 92 miles down the Mississippi from Alton to St. Louis as practice for a future English Channel attempt. His father says the river swim prepares him for the channel with Elks Club of Miami backing the effort. His sister Kathy, age two and a half, followed by swimming five miles downriver.
