In Frederick County Circuit Court Stover Cultis Galladay of White Post was sentenced to four years for the hit and run death of 14 year old Thomas Dodson on April 27. Also Madison J. Clowser received a three year term for the death of Oliver Kerr Largent on April 22 after falling from a car driven by Clowser near Double Toll Gate. Largent died at EB Cork Street.

Berryville Charles Pierce, 24, in good condition at Winchester Memorial Hospital after a truck tire exploded while he installed it.
