A 12 year old boy who set off fireworks for 14 minutes last Saturday night in his backyard on E Piccadilly St was summoned into juvenile court for violating the city fireworks ordinance. A neighbor filed the complaint and police said warnings had been given before. There were prior reports of him firing an air rifle in the neighborhood.
