The funeral for Miss Gladys Merwin Miller student nurse at Winchester Memorial Hospital who died after a nine month illness was held at United Brethren Church North Braddock Street. Sixteen student nurses from Memorial Hospital attended along with graduates and hospital officials. She was the daughter of Mr and Mrs Oscar C Miller of Greenwood. Interment followed at Mount Hebron Cemetery with pallbearers named Harold Barrett Glenn Branner Carl Hicks Joseph Hancher Edgar Barrett and Russell Carpenter.
