Regional odd even gasoline plan may start Thursday
Washington area leaders from Maryland Virginia and the District propose a regional odd even gas sale scheme to ease shortages amid long lines. The plan restricts purchases by license plate number and designates open days for all, with exemptions for non local plates and taxis. Governors Dalton Hughes and Mayor Barry will decide final details after Wednesday talks.
