Major Building Projects Continue In Warren County
Warren County sees several large construction efforts progressing after a thaw. The Front Royal to Marshall highway segment should finish by 1979 with a 15 million cost. Northern Virginia 4-H Educational Center in Harmony Hollow breaks ground at six million, with phased openings for cabins and facilities. Warren Memorial Hospital joins a 6.8 million expansion aiming for June 1979 completion and new services. VEPCO plans 58 500 kilovolt transformers across Warren County by next May to boost transmission, interconnecting with Potomac Edison to share reserves.
