Poster Child of 1957 Receives Nursing Degree
Leilani Wolverton Logan, once Easter Seal poster child at 18 months due to polio, earned a nursing degree from St. Anne's School of Nursing. Now 27, she will work at Lake of the Ozarks General Hospital in Missouri. Her parents insisted she walk again and she overcame braces and operations to graduate despite early doubts.
