Drugs and Alcohol Use Fatal Threat in Frederick County
Local school officials report a settling trend in overall drug use while alcohol abuse rises among James Wood and other Frederick County students. A 1976 graduate claims widespread access to drugs via about 20 to 30 regular dealers and many off and on dealers from Washington DC Baltimore and Richmond connections. Marijuana is common with killer weed and other drugs like speed LSD cocaine and sometimes heroin appearing.
