Man Locks His Wife in Medieval Chastity Belt
In Atlantic City on June 15 39 year old William Truax was charged with atrocious assault and battery after locking his wife Rose L. Truax 33 in a home made medieval style belt. Capt Edward Webb said Truax used a galvanized steel belt formed from a one inch chain before leaving for work. The belt was removed by locksmith and Mrs Truax left the house in a borrowed coat and nickel.
