Past Morals Charge Reduced In Norfolk Case
Virginia Beach report states Linwood M. Culpepper once charged with child molestation had the case reduced to disorderly conduct in 1962 Norfolk proceedings after agreeing not to participate in scouting. He was arrested again for sodomy and indecent liberties with a minor, with eight alleged victims from Troop 362.
