Judge Should Let Court Decide Public Employee Bargaining Suit
A Virginia labor lawyer urged Gov. Mills Godwin and Atty. Gen. Andrew P. Miller to refrain from public statements and let a judge decide the legality of bargaining for public employees. An aide said the suit could be filed today in state court to test existing bargaining agreements.
